Common questions
›What do I need before a hot tub can be delivered?
A flat, solid surface (concrete pad, reinforced deck, or pavers) and a clear path to get the tub there. For power, most tubs need a 220V/50-amp GFCI connection installed by an electrician — some plug-and-play models just need a regular outlet. Not sure? Call or text us a photo of your space and we'll tell you exactly what you need.
›Can I see the tub running before I buy?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Every tub is wet-tested as part of our inspection, and you're welcome to come see it filled, heated, and running with every jet on before you commit.
›Is delivery included?
Delivery is quoted per tub based on distance and how tricky the placement is — most local deliveries are very reasonable. Ask when you call and we'll give you a straight number.
›What if something breaks after I buy it?
For the first 90 days, parts and labour are on us — that's the warranty. After that, we service what we sell at industry-leading competitive rates.
›Do you buy used hot tubs?
Yes — that's where our inventory comes from. Send us photos and details through the Sell Your Tub page and if it's a good candidate, we'll make you an offer and haul it away ourselves.
